Return and Refund Policy
- All returns or exchanges need to be made within 7 days from the date of delivery of your order. Discounted / On Sale items will not be eligible for refund (unless product damaged or other understandable reasons). You may avail store credit instead of refund for an easy exchange.
- To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and swing tag intact.
- At the time of return/exchange please make sure the products are in their original condition with the price tag and the original invoice to complete your return as we require the proof of purchase.
- In case you have received a damaged or wrong product please notify us via email at support@Prinonn.com within 24 hours of receipt of shipment. We will arrange to replace the items (subject to availability) free of cost or issue a full refund.
- If you found outer package damaged please record video before open package and opening video till product proper visible.
- In case of returns other than a damaged or wrong item shipped, please return at your own cost and we will provide you store credit voucher (redeemable online only) once the returned product satisfies our quality check.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- We never do cash refunds but will issue you an Online Store Credit of equal value of the price paid.
- Refund on COD transactions will also be processed in the form of Online Store Credit.
- Discount coupons are non-transferable and have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged.
- Prinonn reserves the right to process refunds on a product, based on the product's quality inspection.
- Shipping & COD charges are non-refundable.
- Customised products cannot be returned or refunded. However, should the product be damaged or mis-spelt then we shall replace the product free of cost. You must inform us with 24 hours of receipt of your shipment.
- COD option is not available for customised products.
- Depending upon the location, the product is delivered to you in 5-7 workings days after it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
- You will be responsible for dispatching and paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in case of damaged or defective products received by you. For all other refunds the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- You can cancel an order until it has not been packed in our warehouse for non customized products and for customized product you can cacel before in goes into printing. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.
